Masaai Mara
In 2010 I co-led a Me to We trip to Kenya and part of my heart has been there ever since. I wake up happy in Kenya—whether working along side local Maasai and Kipsigi on sustainable development projects or on safari—Kenya is a boon to my spirit. I have learned significant life lessons in rural Kenya about celebration, gratitude, strength and survival. I have returned many times, my next visit can’t come soon enough.
